Question about your key, registration, product updates

   If you have a problem with registration, or have lost your key, send us the number of your order.

   If you can attach the files that can help us, please, send these files.

   • Program version (from About... dialog).
   • Program order ID (if you're a registered user) this will help us to process your request faster.
   • Where did you get product (http or ftp site).
   • The version of Windows installed on your computer.
   • Computer information: CPU type and speed, amount of memory installed.
   • Description of your problem in English (as much information as possible to retrieve the problem).
